Dave Kardatzke's image "Synergy" located on the corner of Valencia at 25th St. in San Francisco, CA. A collaborative mosaic wall of world images without words (except I love SF), with 2nd and 3rd grades from the Sunroom class at Synergy School. 2006/2007
I built the Buckminster Fuller map of the world to remind people how small the United States is in relation to the Earth, only part of North America, 5th in relation to the 7 other continents. Fuller spent 30 years making this map and in less than that amount of time Global Warming has made this map inaccurate, adding more water to Earth. I used white, the absence of color, to represent what I believe really matters Earth, the Land, our resources; where humans are born and are replaced daily. 2006/2007
The students from the Synergy School Sunroom Class (2nd and 3rd Grades) collaborated on Dave Kardatzke's image "Synergy", located on the corner of Valencia at 25th St. in San Francisco, CA. 2006/2007
